Our CEO and Principal, Neville Vania, spent over 14 years in government and non-profit organizations supporting the day to day activities and leadership of human resources and risk management. We know and understand the unique needs of these types of organizations, and the complexities that come with them. Whether that relates to the labor relations requirements of employees in collective bargaining agreements, the complexities of navigating the approval process for governing bodies, or risk and insurance pooling needs, we can help!
We offer support on a project basis or interim positional support due to staffing shortages or vacancies. We understand the budget constraints and hurdles that are unique to the public sector and nonprofit organizations, and provide the support in a way that only someone that has worked in these organizations can truly understand.
