Do you need someone to act like an in-house recruiter? We provide recruitment services that include the creation of job posts or job descriptions, candidate sourcing, candidate vetting, interviews and interview training, job offer negotiations, reference and background checks, placement, and onboarding. 

 

We conduct recruitment in a way that feels like we are on your staff, and not a third party making a cut off of the placement. It is in this way that recruitment services at East Bay HR Professionals are different from those offered by staffing and headhunting firms. Those companies offer their services for a mark up from the hourly rate or a percentage fee of the annual salary. There is nothing wrong with that approach and sometimes we recommend those services for our clients. However, our services are charged on an hourly basis. We treat the project like we are an internal recruiter, take the work off your plate, and only charge for the time spent working on the recruitment.
